Using Base64-encoded images is considered a "best practice" in modern Web development, mainly because Base64 imagery can be embedded inline with the code, reducing the number of HTTP requests a browser needs to perform for rendering the page.
Image Mangle provides a Web-based interface where developers can drag and drop images inside the page and get the corresponding Base64 image code to render the aforementioned dragged image.
It supports most image formats and can be used with more than one image at a time.
